Purchase Life ("the App") is a business-to-business procurement application that helps companies manage purchase requests, purchase orders, receiving, vendors, and stock. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Contact: admin@poi.co.id.

Data is used exclusively to provide the App's procurement features to your company. We do not sell your data, serve advertising, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
All data is stored on our private servers (poi.co.id, located in Indonesia). Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.
You can permanently delete your own account from within the App (Profile → "Hapus Akun"). This removes your user account and sign-in access immediately and irreversibly — you will no longer be able to sign in.
Business and operational records that you entered (such as purchase requests, orders, vendors, and receiving data) belong to your organization and are retained by it for its operational and legal needs; they are not deleted when an individual user account is removed. Company-wide data is managed by the account owner through the central platform. For any data request, contact admin@poi.co.id.
The App is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App.
