Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

ProductionLife (“the App”) is an enterprise production-management application operated by POI (“we”, “us”). It helps authorized company users plan and execute production, request materials, record output and downtime, perform sampling, coordinate quality control, route inventory, and review operational reports.

The App is intended for organizations and is sign-in only. Accounts are provisioned by an organization through LifeOS; the App does not offer public account registration.

2. Face ID and stored credentials

Face ID may be enabled after a successful password sign-in. Biometric matching is performed entirely by iOS. The App cannot access, collect, transmit, or store a face image or biometric template. The App receives only a success or failure result from the operating system.

When a user explicitly enables Face ID or “Remember me,” the company username, password, and Company ID are stored in the iOS Keychain using encrypted device storage. They are used only to sign in to the user’s LifeOS account and can be removed by disabling the feature, signing out, clearing saved login information, or deleting the App.

3. Camera

The App requests camera access only when a user chooses to capture required production evidence. It does not access the camera in the background. Captured evidence is uploaded to the company’s LifeOS service and is visible only to authorized users within that company account.

4. How we use and share data

We use data to provide the App, enforce role-based access, synchronize authorized LifeOS workflows, calculate operational summaries, maintain audit records, support users, and secure the service.

We do not sell personal data, show behavioral advertising, or track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. Data is shared only with authorized users in the same company, enabled LifeOS applications needed for the requested workflow, infrastructure providers acting on our instructions, or authorities where legally required.

5. LifeOS integrations

ProductionLife uses ITLife for identity and access. Depending on company configuration, it can exchange tenant-scoped business records with AccountLife, StockLife, QCLife, MaintenanceLife, BossLife, and related LifeOS services. These integrations use the organization’s permissions and are not used for advertising or cross-company profiling.

6. Storage, security, and retention

Service data is stored on controlled servers in Indonesia and transmitted using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. We use tenant separation, role permissions, expiring sessions, audit trails, and restricted production access.

Production and audit records are retained according to the customer organization’s operational, quality, contractual, and legal requirements. Evidence and account details are deleted or anonymized when no longer required, when the organization removes them, or after a valid deletion request, subject to mandatory retention obligations.

7. Access, correction, and deletion

Users may ask their organization administrator to correct access, deactivate their account, or remove user-provided content. A company administrator may request deletion or export of company data by contacting us. Privacy and deletion requests sent to admin@poi.co.id are verified and handled within 30 days unless longer retention is legally required.

8. Children

The App is an enterprise workplace tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the App, the service, or the customer’s organization administrator. The revision date above identifies the current version.
