• Background location data when live tracking is active
• User account information, such as username, email, company, role, and related profile information
• Task, attendance, reporting, and operational activity data submitted through the app

2. Camera Permission

SalesLife uses the camera only when users choose to take photos or upload images for documentation, reporting, attendance, task-related, or operational purposes.

We do not access the camera in the background or without user interaction.

3. Location Permission

SalesLife uses location data to support features such as:

• Live tracking
• Attendance validation
• Task and checkpoint reporting
• Operational monitoring
• Verification of user activity and work location

Location data may be collected while the app is in use and, when live tracking is active, may also be collected in the background.

4. Background Location Usage

SalesLife collects location data to support live tracking, attendance verification, task validation, checkpoint validation, and operational monitoring, including when the app is closed or not in use, only when live tracking or a related work monitoring feature is active.

Background location data may be used to allow authorized company administrators, supervisors, or monitoring teams to view user movement, verify attendance, monitor work activity, validate task completion, and generate operational reports.

Background location data is not used for advertising. We do not sell or rent background location data to third parties.

5. How We Use Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide and improve app functionality
• Support business operations and reporting
• Verify user activity, attendance, task completion, and checkpoint completion
• Enable authorized company administrators to monitor operational activities
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot app issues

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data may be shared with authorized company administrators, supervisors, or monitoring teams for attendance, monitoring, reporting, and operational purposes.

Data may also be shared when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

8. User Control

Users can disable camera or location permissions through device settings. However, some features, such as live tracking, attendance validation, task verification, and checkpoint reporting, may not function properly if permissions are disabled.

Users may also stop background location collection by disabling location permission, turning off live tracking where available, or signing out of the app.

9. Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide the app services, support business operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate operational records.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
