HRlife ("the App") is a human-resources and employee-attendance application that helps companies manage employees, attendance, schedules, payroll, and related HR activities. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Contact: admin@poi.co.id.

What face data does the App collect?
When a company enrolls an employee in face-based attendance, the App captures
face photos and converts them into a numerical face template ("embedding").
We store the numerical embedding and a small number of sample face photos taken at enrollment.
How is face data used?
Face data is used solely to verify an employee's identity when recording
attendance (check-in/check-out). It is not used for advertising, profiling,
tracking, or any other purpose.
Is face data shared with third parties? Where is it stored?
Face data is never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party.
It is stored within the enrolling company's own account data on our private server
(primahrd.com, located in Indonesia) and transmitted only over encrypted HTTPS.
No external face-recognition service receives your data.
How long is face data retained?
Face data belongs to the enrolling company and is retained only while the company's
account is active and the employee remains enrolled. It is
permanently deleted when: (a) the company removes the employee or
their face enrollment from the App; or (b) a deletion request is sent to
admin@poi.co.id (honored within 30 days). Deleting an individual user account (see
Section 6) removes that user's sign-in access; it does not delete employees' face
data, which remains under the company's control.
Consent. Face enrollment is performed knowingly through an explicit enrollment flow, and face attendance is only active for companies that enable it.
The App requests location only when an employee records attendance, to verify the attendance location. The App does not track location in the background and remains usable without continuous location access.
Data is used exclusively to provide the App's HR and attendance features to your company. We do not sell data, serve ads, or share data with third parties.
All data is stored on our private servers (primahrd.com, Indonesia). Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.
You can permanently delete your own account from within the App (Profile → "Hapus Akun"). This removes your user account and sign-in access immediately and irreversibly — you will no longer be able to sign in.
HR and operational records (employee data, attendance, schedules, leave, payroll) and enrolled employees' face templates belong to your company and are retained for its operational and legal needs; they are not deleted when an individual user account is removed. Employee face data is removed when the company removes that employee or their enrollment. Company-wide data is managed by the account owner through the central platform. For any data request, contact admin@poi.co.id (honored within 30 days).
The App is intended for workplace use by adults and is not directed at children under 17.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App.
