Guardlife ("the App") is a security workforce management application that helps companies manage security personnel, patrol checkpoints, attendance, and incident reports. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. The App is operated by the Guardlife team ("we", "us"). Contact: admin@poi.co.id.

What face data does the App collect?
When a security officer enrolls in face-based attendance, the App captures face
photos and converts them into a 512-dimension numerical face template
("embedding"). We store: (a) the numerical embedding, (b) the reference
photo taken at enrollment, and (c) the photos taken at attendance check-in and
check-out for verification purposes.
How is face data used?
Face data is used solely to verify the identity of security officers when
they record attendance (check-in/check-out). It is not used for advertising,
profiling, tracking across apps, or any other purpose.
Is face data shared with third parties? Where is it stored?
Face data is never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third
party. Face data is enrolled by each company for its own employees and
is accessible only within that company's account — it is stored
in the company's account data on our own private server (poi.co.id, located in
Indonesia) so the company can use face attendance across its authorized devices.
It is transmitted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. Face matching
runs on our own infrastructure — no external face-recognition service receives
your data, and we do not use face data for any purpose of our own.
How long is face data retained?
Face data belongs to the enrolling company and is retained only while the
company's account remains active and the enrolled employee is
still registered by the company. Face data is permanently deleted
when: (a) the company administrator removes the employee or their face enrollment
from the App; or (b) a deletion request is sent to admin@poi.co.id, which we
honor within 30 days. Deleting an individual user account (see Section 6) removes
that user's sign-in access; it does not delete other employees' face data, which
remains under the company's control.
Consent. Face enrollment is performed knowingly by the user through an explicit enrollment flow, and face-based attendance is only active for accounts whose administrator has enabled it.
The App requests location access only for features that require it: recording patrol routes while a patrol shift is active, validating checkpoint scans, and verifying attendance location. Location is not collected when no patrol or attendance activity is in progress. The App remains fully usable for browsing schedules, reports, and profiles without location access.
Data is used exclusively to provide the App's security-operations features to your company: attendance verification, patrol monitoring, checkpoint management, incident reporting, and workforce administration. We do not sell data, we do not serve ads, and we do not share data with third parties.
All data is stored on our private servers (poi.co.id, Indonesia). Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
You can permanently delete your own account from within the App (Profile → "Hapus Akun"). This removes your user account and sign-in access immediately and irreversibly — you will no longer be able to sign in.
Security-operations records (attendance, patrol history, checkpoints, incident reports) and enrolled employees' face templates belong to your company and are retained for its operational and legal needs; they are not deleted when an individual user account is removed. Employee face data is removed when the administrator removes that employee or their enrollment. Company-wide data is managed by the account owner through the central platform. For any data request, contact admin@poi.co.id (honored within 30 days).
The App is intended for workplace use by adults and is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
