Financelife Pro ("the App") is a financial monitoring application for business owners to track debts, receivables, notes (giro), and cash flow. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Contact: admin@poi.co.id.

Data is used exclusively to provide the App’s features to you and your company. We do not sell your data, serve advertising, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
All data is stored on our private servers (poi.co.id, located in Indonesia). Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.
Data is retained while the account is active. You can permanently delete your own account from within the App (the main dashboard menu → “Hapus Akun”). This removes your user account and sign-in access immediately and irreversibly — you will no longer be able to sign in. Financial and business records belong to your company and are retained for its operational and legal needs; they are not deleted when an individual user account is removed, and they are not your personal data. For any data request, contact admin@poi.co.id (honored within 30 days).
The App is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App.
